Shine at Bury Drop In
We will be coming along to Bury Drop In once a month to meet with both Mums and Dads who are living apart from their children.
Our Key Services
We offer a peer to peer support group in the Steam House Cafe, Bury St Edmunds for Mums who are living apart from their children. Mums who have experienced child removal but may have children who remain in their care, as well as those who have gone on to have a further child/ren who have stayed at home with them are also welcomed.
We provide opportunities for friendship, crafts & wellbeing, offer information and can help with Letterbox writing.
The Mums who attend help us to make sure that we are offering the type of support that they feel is useful and their input is really welcomed.
We want everyone to feel safe, welcome and to feel valued. We encourage everyone to let us know the activities that they would like to see offered.
There is no time limit to our support, Mums can come along as often as they wish, Whether Mums have been separated from their children recently, or some time ago, all are welcome.
